Tournament Notes

We would like to thank you for registering to play in our tournaments for the 2020-2021 season.

All teams must be registered with USA Softball.

Teams must show a USA Softball waiver/roster form signed by a Commissioner.

All 18 and 19 year old players must have proof at the tournaments that they have completed Safe Sport Certification as they are considered adults.

All adults on the field or in the bench area must be USA Softball background checked and Safe Sport certified. They must display their background check badge. Each team shall have at least one ACE certified coach. These certifications are available at

Only Full Payments will be accepted. Full Payment is required to guarantee participation.
Teams will be put on the waiting list based on the date that they registered.

Withdrawing from a tournament:
Teams should plan for the unexpected and understand that the scheduling process starts weeks and sometimes months before an event is scheduled to take place and often times events are full for months.
• A full refund shall be given if a team withdraws 2 months prior to the tournament.
• No refund shall be given if a team withdraws within 2 months of an event unless a replacement team is found.
Refunds, cancellations or shortening of a tournament.
While we will make every attempt to play each event, weather may prevent an event from being completed or in some cases, even starting. In those cases:
• If at least 2 games are started no refund is provided.
• If at least 1 game is started a 50% refund is given.
• If no games are started a $500 refund will be given.
