To hold your registration spot, a $325 NON-REFUNDABLE deposit must be received within 14 calendar days from registration. Your check should be mailed to Bourne Youth Girls Softball, PO Box 41, Monument Beach, MA 02553. Your check should be made out to "BYGS". Please write your team name, tournament date and division on the check's memo line.

When you enter our tournament, we make a commitment to you, we expect the same type of commitment in return. Because we are a small tournament and based on the number of registered teams, fees for all registered spots are critical in order to plan for and conduct a successful tournament. Submission of your team's registration indicates your commitment to attend our tournament as well as to pay all team registration fees associated with the event.

Once a tournament is full and "closed," there are absolutely no refunds.
