Tournament/Event Notes

This tournament is pay at the plate. Each team will be responsible for a tbd umpire fee per game. If not paid prior to game, then your team will forfeit the game.

Championship game will be paid by tournament host

Tournament shirts will be offered on pre order basis only

Local teams are expected to play Thursday and or Friday

Finals will be a full untimed game

Tournament will follow Rhode Island USA Class B Invitational rules

Please be aware of the tournament B classification. If your team is accepted & paid and you are holding a spot in our tourney preventing us from accepting other teams and you team is not classed B when your roster is received, you will NOT be issued a refund unless a replacement team is found.

If the tournament is cancelled for any reason, there may be a reduction in refunds due to expenses from the tournament host prior to the tournament date.

Individual & Team trophies for 1st & 2nd place

All out of state teams must send official USA Softball Roster & Insurance certificate 30 days before tournament start date

Payment is due no less than 60 days before the start of tournament.
If teams back out of the tournament inside of 30 days there will be half reimbursement.
If teams back out of the tournament inside of 15 days there will be no reimbursement.
