Tournament/Event Notes

Tournament is a pay at the plate tournament with a $575 entry fee. Umpire fees are TBD and will be paid before the start of the game. The championship game umpire fees will be paid by the tournament host.

Payment is due no later than January 1, 2024.
Any team not paid by January 1st will be put on the waiting list until payment is made.
If a team backs out of the tournament with more than 45 days notice there will be a full reimbursement.
If a team backs out of the tournament inside of 45 days there will be half reimbursement.
If a team backs out of the tournament inside of 30 days there will be no reimbursement.
