Payments must be made upon acceptance to secure spot.
If payment or acceptable arrangements are not made within 2 weeks, your team will be moved to the waiting list.

Umpire fees are $70 per game and will be pay at the plate.
Tournament Director will pay umpire fees for the Championship game.

Refunds will not be offered for teams that withdraw without a replacement team being found.

Please be aware of the tournament B classification. If your team is accepted & paid and you are holding a spot in our tourney preventing us from accepting other teams and you team is not classed B or below when your roster is received, you will NOT be issued a refund unless a replacement team is found.

If the tournament is cancelled for any reason, there may be a reduction in refunds due to expenses from the tournament host prior to the tournament date.

Individual & Team trophies for 1st & 2nd place

All out of state teams must send roster & insurance via email 30 days prior to the event.
