Thank you for your interest in the 12th Annual Tim Shields Tournament!

Please note - Umpire fees are included in the tournament fee.

The Tim Shields Tournament will start on Friday, though local teams may be asked to play on Thursday.

Teams will be accepted in the order that payment is received in full. Payment for this tournament must be received by April 25, 2025:

Refund Policy for teams that withdraw:

Before 60 days - $700
30 - 45 days - $375
0 - 30 days - $0

If the tournament is cancelled, or shortened for any reason, refunds may be reduced due to expenses incurred by the tournament host prior to the tournament. While we will make every attempt to play each tournament, the weather may prevent an event from being completed or in some cases, even starting. In these cases refunds will be as follows:
- No Games played = Full refund less prepaid tournament expenses.
- 1 game started = 50% refund.
- 2 games or more games started = NO refund.
