Getting Dirty on the Diamond for Autism — 2026 (8U)
This tournament is a pay-at-the-plate event. Each team will be responsible for half of the umpire fee per game. Umpire fees must be paid prior to the start of each game. Failure to pay may result in a forfeit.
The championship game umpire fees will be covered by the host organization.
Scores are to be reported by the winning team within 15 minutes of game completion to tournament staff.
The tournament will follow all rules set forth by USA Softball Northeast Region and will be played under 14U B classification guidelines. Please ensure all teams are familiar with current USA Softball rules prior to participation.
All teams are guaranteed three (3) pool play games, followed by a single elimination bracket.
Schedules will be released prior to the tournament start date.
?? Autism Fund Contribution
$100.00 of each team’s $600.00 registration fee is designated as a donation to the tournament’s Autism Fund, supporting local initiatives and families. We thank all participating teams for contributing to this meaningful cause.

Payment is due upon acceptance into the tournament. Teams that have not submitted payment are not guaranteed entry and may be moved to a waitlist.
?? Refund Policy
If the tournament is canceled for any reason, refunds may be reduced due to prepaid tournament expenses. Should the tournament begin but not be completed, the following refund structure will apply:
No games played: Full refund minus incurred expenses
One game played: 50% refund
Two or more games played: No refund
? Team Withdrawal Policy
If a team withdraws from the tournament:
More than 30 days prior: Refund minus a $200 administrative fee
Within 30 days: 50% refund
Within 15 days: No refund
