Tournament Notes
To register for tournaments in Massachusetts, the following are required:
1)- it is Mandatory to Provide USA softball Team ID number in the “Notes” section when you sign up
2) “Pending” -Coaches must complete their BG check and Safesport on the “Register USA” website. I will be notified by USA Softball of Massachusetts when this requirement has been satisfied by each team, after which your status will change to “accepted awaiting payment”. PLEASE SEND NO PAYMENTS PRIOR TO THIS!
3) “Accepted Awaiting Payment”- Deposit or full payment is required Within 2 weeks of acceptance Or you go back to “pending”.

4). “Accepted (Paid in full)” - upon our receipt of your complete payment. application process is complete-Your team is in!
