Tournament Notes
Good Afternoon Managers,
Thanks again for registering for our 12U tournament on June 3-5, 2022 in Delmar, NY. As of today (January 16, 2022) we have 16 teams registered for a 12-team tournament and we will be holding the max number of teams for this tournament at 12.
Please submit payment for this tournament by mail (with the form on this website) to the address below BY JANUARY 29, 2022:

If by the 29th we’ve received 12 or fewer payments, those teams will be guaranteed a place in the tournament. If we get more than 12 payments by the 29th, teams will be ranked by the order in which they registered on-line and the teams that registered first will be the teams accepted as paid in full. As of 1/16/22 all registered teams are “accepted awaiting payment.” In addition, an email with the entry form attached has been sent to the email addresses provided at registration.
If you wish to attend the tournament, please submit your entry fee with the attached entry fee form so that we can accept your team.
