This tournament is pay at the plate. Each team will be responsible for an umpire fee per game TBD. Failure to pay prior to the game will result in forfeit.

Championship game will be paid by tournament host

Tournament T Shirts will be available on a Pre-Order Basis Only. Details will be sent out closer to the tournament.

Winslow Park is a 6 field complex and home to Apponaug Girl's softball. Located at 280 Airport Road. In the heart of Warwick R.I. We have a number of host hotels all with 2 miles of our complex. All fields are fenced, with covered dugouts, full concessions, Indoor bathrooms. We will have 2 umpires for all games. This is an USA Invitational. After you register you will receive an email that your team has been accepted. Payment is due within 2 weeks of being accepted to secure your spot. No refund shall be given if a team withdraws within 60 days of the tournament unless a paid replacement team is found.
While we will make every attempt to play each tournament, the weather may prevent an event from being completed or in some cases, even starting. In these cases refunds will be as follows,
- No Games played = Full refund less prepaid tournament expenses
- 1 game started= 50% Refund
- 2 games or more games started = no refund
