As you exit the interstate, you will see a large shopping complex on the left side (Home Depot, Olive Garden, K-Mart, etc). Proceed South on 1A (Newport Ave) over a railroad track bridge immediately after exiting the interstate. At the bottom of the bridge you will cross from MA into Pawtucket, RI. Proceed South on Newport Ave (Route 1A) for about 2 miles. The entrance to Slater Park will be located on the left side of Newport Avenue.
